Stepping outside is more than a change of scenery — it’s a return to clarity. Research shows that time in nature lowers stress hormones, regulates the nervous system, and improves focus and mood. It also boosts creativity, empathy, and memory, making it a powerful environment for reflection, vulnerability, and growth.
Learning itself is a vulnerable act.
It takes courage to admit we don’t know, to experiment, and to stumble with new skills. I create safe, engaging, and fun spaces where that courage can thrive, and where leaders, teams and individuals feel supported to stretch, fail, and grow.
Behaviour change is a tough act. I draw on evidence-based models like COM-B and E.A.S.T., which explain how habits form and environments shape action. This helps turn insights into sustainable new behaviours that unlock personal and collective potential.
